Q: What is an escape game?

A: Escape games are real-life adventures where you and your fellow players have an hour to break out of a room by cracking codes, solving riddles, piecing together puzzles, and finding clues. Everyone in the room has a voice, and it takes collaboration to win. Each room is designed such that success is extremely unlikely without teamwork and communication.  Up to eight players have 60 minutes to put together clues and riddles to escape a sealed room. Teamwork means success, and individual contribution to the greater challenge is paramount. There may be many ways to solve a riddle, but it may also take many minds to come to the right solution.

Q: How much does a breakout escape game experience cost?

A: Can you really put a price on making memories that will last  a lifetime? YES! It’s just $30 per player.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: Anyone can play! However, if you are under 13 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Q: What time should my group arrive?

A: Arrive on time and ready to play!If you need to use the restroom or make a payment please arrive a few minutes early.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to escape?

A: Just your friends and a winning spirit! You will only need the clues within the rooms to escape. Cell phones are allowed in your game but will not aid in your escape in any way!

Q: Are you really going to lock us in?

A: No! Your safety is our top priority, so we don’t really lock you in. You have the option to leave the escape room through the door you entered at any time, if necessary. Most games use a secondary “escape” door separate from the main entrance and exit.

Q: Are there cameras in the escape rooms?

A: Yes. Cameras and microphones are used to monitor your live experience. Don’t worry, you look great!

Q: What happens if we don’t solve anything?

A: We will be monitoring your progress throughout the game. Our game masters will provide clues if you get stuck — after all, we want you to have fun! Remember, it’s not only about trying to escape the room, it’s about the full experience.

Q: What if we don’t book all the available spots for an escape room?

A: All of our rooms are private when you book a game at Narrow Escape. Don’t worry about playing with strangers, it’s just you and your team.

Q: Do I need to book our escape game in advance?

A: Yes. You can see escape game times and book reservations on our online booking page. We can’t guarantee a spot unless you’ve booked ahead of time.

Q: How can I celebrate my birthday here?

A: Narrow Escape is the perfect place to come and celebrate your birthday. While we currently don’t have spaces available for parties. If you let us know it’s your birthday (or any other special occasion) at the time of booking, we would love to help make this a special memory.

Q: **Are the tickets refundable?

A: No cancellations are allowed, but we will work with you to reschedule a game if an emergency arises.

Q: Are tickets transferable to a friend?

A: Yes. You can give/sell your tickets to another person. Just contact us and we can take care of that for you.

Q: **How hard are your rooms to escape?

A: Each room has a description of the theme as well as a difficulty rating to decide which level or theme is right for your team.
